The Collin Creek community will include 500 upscale single-family and 2,300 multi-family properties as well as 300 first-class independent living residences. As a part of Plano’s ongoing commitment to green space, Collin Creek will include 8.9 acres of parks and 1.6 miles of walking trails. The younger residents will have the opportunity to attend school in Plano ISD.
